A specialist who takes the whole job

Portrait of Yevhen Fediv

I'm Yevhen Fediv, a system administrator from Ukraine based in Germany. I build AI automations and agents on n8n, create Telegram bots, host and repair n8n instances, and look after IT for small businesses and private clients.

I work across Windows, macOS and Linux, from hardware and installation to networking, Docker, Proxmox and API integrations. I test what I build, handle errors, document it and hand it over with access and backups.

WiQuall is the name I work under. You deal with one person who is responsible for the server, the workflow and the result, in Ukrainian, English or German.

Services

What I do

n8n automation and API integrations

AI steps and agents with deliberately limited permissions inside n8n workflows, built around your documents and processes and connected through webhooks and REST APIs.

  • AI workflows and agents: OpenAI API, local models (Ollama), RAG assistants on your documents
  • Webhook and REST API integrations, so tools exchange data without manual copying
  • Lead forms to a database or CRM, notifications, reports and dashboards
  • Email and document processing, PDF and text to JSON
  • Telegram bots, AI chatbots, personal AI assistants and OpenClaw setup

Self-hosted n8n: setup, repair, monitoring

Your own n8n instance on Docker, a VPS or Proxmox, and help when an existing one misbehaves.

  • Setup and hosting: server, SSL, database, backups
  • Diagnosis and recovery: workflow errors, problem instances, hanging executions
  • Audit and optimization of existing workflows
  • Monitoring, retries and error handling
  • Monthly support for your automations

IT support and system administration

For small businesses and private clients: setup, configuration, troubleshooting and remote support.

  • Windows, macOS and Linux: installation and configuration
  • Networking and router basics
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Remote support and user assistance

Intro: AI + n8n workflows that do real work

Who I am and how I build: clear logic, maintainable builds, honest scope.

AI automation for small business

A walkthrough of where AI automation pays off in a small company and how to start.

Three technical cases

Self-initiated demo projects built with synthetic data. They are not client work and not production systems.

AI knowledge-base assistant

A controlled assistant: cited answers, no invented facts, safe handoff to a person.

Problem
Answer incoming questions only from a controlled knowledge base (synthetic clinic information and safety rules), never invent missing facts, and hand the request to a person when the documents do not cover it.
My role
Author: designed, built and live-tested the workflow.
Technologies
n8n · webhook · knowledge-base retrieval · local language model · safety rules
Solution
A message arrives through a webhook. The workflow retrieves relevant knowledge-base entries and safety rules, then decides whether the request can be answered. A supported question gets a concise answer with a validated citation. If the documents contain no answer, nothing is invented and the request is routed to a person. Emergency wording is handled before generation: the model is skipped and the reply points to emergency services.
How it was checked
Three paths were live-tested in n8n with a local language model: a supported cleaning question, a question the documents cannot answer (implant price) and an emergency message.
Confirmed result
The cleaning question returned a concise answer with a validated knowledge-base citation. The documents contain no implant price, so none was invented and the request went to a person. The emergency message skipped the model and pointed to emergency services.

Webhook + API lead routing

A lead is validated, enriched, prioritised and passed on as a CRM record and a notification.

Problem
Pass an incoming lead on in a controlled way: validate it before any downstream action, enrich it, derive a priority, create a clean CRM record and notify a second system.
My role
Author: designed, built and live-tested the workflow.
Technologies
n8n · webhook · REST API calls (enrichment, CRM, notification) · JSON
Solution
A lead arrives through a webhook and is validated before anything else happens. The workflow calls an enrichment API, derives the lead priority, builds a clean CRM record and sends a structured notification payload to a second endpoint.
How it was checked
Live test in n8n with a fictional lead. The retained evidence contains only fictional data and sanitized responses.
Confirmed result
All three API calls completed successfully and n8n returned HTTP 200.

Broken workflow → root cause → verified fix

A workflow that fails with HTTP 500, the root cause and a fix verified with two test runs.

Problem
A workflow processing orders failed with HTTP 500 whenever the payload lacked a nested customer email. Root cause: it assumed every payload contains one.
My role
Author: diagnosed the failure, implemented the fix and re-tested it.
Technologies
n8n · webhook · JSON validation · HTTP responses
Solution
Safe field access, email validation, item validation and explicit rejection responses replace the unchecked assumption.
How it was checked
The same malformed input was replayed against the corrected workflow, followed by a second test with two valid line items. The failed execution and both fixed executions are retained as evidence.
Confirmed result
For the malformed input the corrected workflow returns HTTP 200 and explains that the email is invalid. The second test processed two valid line items and calculated a total of 211 euro.

Process

How we work

Step 1Brief

You describe the task and the systems involved. I ask what is missing and tell you what is realistic.

Step 2Plan

I propose the setup, the workflow logic and what I need from you.

Step 3Build and test

I implement it, run it against real cases and fix what breaks.

Step 4Handover

You get documentation, access and backups. Support continues if you need it.

FAQ

Common questions

What exactly can you build?

AI workflows and agents in n8n, Telegram bots, API and webhook integrations, Google Sheets and Notion automations, plus self-hosted n8n on your own server. I also repair broken workflows and handle IT support for small businesses.

How does a project start?

You send a short description of the task. I reply with questions or a proposal, we agree on scope and what "done" means, then I build, test and hand over with documentation.

Can you run n8n on my server?

Yes. I can set up self-hosted n8n in Docker on your VPS or on-premises server, including SSL, database, backups and monitoring, or work with the instance you already have.

Do you offer support after delivery?

Yes. I can keep monitoring, fixing and extending your automations on a monthly basis, or you can call me only when something needs attention.

How do you handle access and data?

I ask only for the access a task needs, prefer separate credentials that you can revoke, and handle your data under the privacy rules that apply to the project. An NDA is possible on request.

Which languages do you work in?

Ukrainian, English and German. Documentation and communication can be in any of them.
